
Botanical Extractor
Design and mechanical engineering of a hydrocarbon extractor used to separate oils from organic materials like lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint, cannabis, etc. for use in pharmaceuticals, food products, and essential oil applications. The first product of it’s kind to introduce a “clampless” user interface, autonomous system with touch screen controls, and front-facing collection vessel. Solvents used during extraction can be highly flammable; this design is explosion proof for use in C1D1 environments making it the safest extractor on the market.
